Blue acorn customer service12/19/2023 ![]() ![]() Blueacorn is getting these poor reviews because of their inability to properly communicate. BlueAcorn got me through on this one! It was a fail for Womply. I applied with only Womply and BlueAcorn. For this loan, lenders and FinTech companies were very limited. Time was running out, so I had to get this one right! Each time I applied for all four of my PPP loans, I applied with several FinTech lenders, like BlueAcorn or BlueVine or Womply or Lendio and Pursuit Lending, as well as with actual banks - all at the same time - to ensure my application would hopefully get through by one of them. This is the fourth PPP loan I have received for my two companies (first and second draws), so I know from firsthand experience what a hassle it is if you make a mistake on an application and how it can set you back and delay receiving your loan. So I poured over my application several times to make sure everything was correct - no typos or wrong numbers or misspellings or incorrect or missing documents - before hitting the “submit” button on this BlueAcorn app. Of course, by reading my review, you can probably tell that I’m a perfectionist. I was never contacted by BlueAcorn for any further information after I submitted the application. Please allow me to explain a little bit more about the process to clear up some misunderstandings and to give you some renewed hope. Took a total of 27 days, which included a holiday. HAVE HOPE - BLUEACORN IS LEGIT - NOT ENTIRELY THEIR FAULTīLUEACORN - Applied Saturday, 5-8-21. Email me asking for my banking info so i can be funded that's all i ask. ![]() All i ask instead of now emailing me saying someone is going to reach out to update my banking info. But i can say my lender Capital Plus Financial has been very professional and have communicated with me several times. Where are my funds? UPDATE: Still Not Funded. This has been extra stress on top of the pandemic. Blueacorn Communication skills are horrible. SBA has been saying funds disbursed for 2 months now. Why havent my banking info been updated? Why after countless tickets, Unanswered chats have No one reached out to me? Its So simple to update my banking info. Its been 90 days now since my funds were returned from my bank. ![]() The very least I should be given is information !!! This is getting ridiculous I’m responsible for a loan that no one can tell me when or if I’m going to receive now.I’ve been patient till now I find it outrageous that no one had bothered to contact me to let me no where my funds have gone I find that irresponsible when dealing with people’s livelihoods.I trusted this company with my businesses future and I’m beginning to think this was a big mistake. Filled out a ticket it’s been a week with no response the 24 hour chat has no answers. I can’t get any kind of answer as to what’s going on other than a automated response that tells me nothing. I was told my funds would be on card when received in mail.I received the dash card on june7th with a 0 balance. I was offered a dash card on 27 th of may. I filled out a application with blue acorn 0n April 31st was approved and signed loan docs on 17th of may at which point my bank sent back funds. ![]()
